Membership Requirements:

 

  1. Participate in at least two Garden Club Service Projects each year. Service Project requirements must be completed between November 15, 2018 and November 15, 2019

  2. Pay annual dues.

Antique Show and Sale

The help of every member is needed for this annual major fund-raising event in July, which is held on the New London Town Green. The show attracts dealers and visitors from all over New England and includes antique dealers, a Garden Café for lunch, a Garden Club booth for floral arrangements and features live music. 

 

Civic Beauty

Member teams plan, plant and maintain pocket gardents and planters throughout New London.

Garden at Tracy Library

Members and others help to maintain this historic garden in New London working Monday mornings from mid-April through early November. (See gardenattracy.org.)

 

The Fells Gardens

Members and others help to maintain gardens at The Fells, an historic site in Newbury, working Tuesday and Thursday mornings from mid-April through mid-November. (See thefells.org.)

 

Christmas Greens

In early December, members make wreaths for public buildings in New London and tray baskets for Bittersweet residents.

 

New London Hospital Flower Care

Members arrange floral displays for the New London Hospital each week throughout the year.
