Get Involved

The Garden Club has over 100 members who are involved in community service projects and Club programs throughout the year. Active members are encouraged to participate in at least two Garden Club Service Projects each year. Please see our Community Service page for more details.

The help of every member is needed for major fundraising projects. Our largest fundraiser is making and selling boxwood trees in early December. Details about this popular holiday fundraiser are on our Boxwood Trees page.

Other activities include an educational program on wildflowers for third graders at Kearsarge Regional Elementary School, making flower arrangements for the Circulation Desk at Tracy Memorial Library, helping with our annual Pumpkin People display (in 2023, our theme was "It Takes a Village" and a wide variety of villagers were represented on Homan Corner near Spring Ledge Farm – see our Slide Show for photos), submitting articles and photos for our newsletter, The Twig, and helping to plan programs, field trips and workshops.
